Watch The Ferrari SF25 Test For The First Time

The Ferrari SF-25 Formula One car recently had its inaugural test run, and it has generated quite a buzz in the F1 community. The test took place at Ferrari’s Fiorano test track, where both Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc got behind the wheel to put the new car through its paces.

The SF-25 features several key technical changes compared to its predecessor, the SF-24. Notably, Ferrari has switched from push-rod to pull-rod front suspension to improve airflow around the car and allow for greater aerodynamic development. Other changes include redesigned sidepods, a new front wing, and a modified rear wing with a deeper cut in the end fence and a new ‘w’ shape to the main plane.

During the test run, Leclerc and Hamilton completed their respective sessions, with Leclerc driving in the morning and Hamilton taking over in the afternoon. The footage of their laps has been released, and fans have already noticed some differences in their driving styles, particularly in how they approach corners.

Ferrari’s team principal, Frederic Vasseur, expressed optimism about the car’s performance and the team’s prospects for the upcoming season. The official pre-season testing will take place in Bahrain next week, where the team will continue to fine-tune the SF-25 before the season-opening Australian Grand Prix.
